NDBT Cares

At NDBT (North Dallas Bank & Trust Co.), giving back is foundational for us as an organization and is reflected in our core values (Integrity, Service and Responsiveness), mission statement and our cultural standard of treating others the way we want to be treated. All of these call us to a higher standard of service and drive our involvement in the community. NDBT Cares has coined the motto that 'community is an inside job'. As members living and working with the community, we believe it is our responsibility to give back, but more than that we see it as a stewardship that's been entrusted to us by members of the community.

NDBT Cares was created as an employee-led initiative to bring a more formalized and strategic approach to our service efforts. The program provides a more efficient investment of resources and a more measurable impact. It also brings essential focus to our community service efforts, providing vision, inspiration, and resources to our employees to make the NDBT mission a daily way of life. Our primary focus is to: • Elevate the Community Service aspect of our Mission Statement • Educate our employees regarding service opportunities, methodologies, and available resources. • Equip our employees for meaningful participation in community service. • Tell the collective story of the Bank's impact in the community
