Our IDEAS fuel each interaction we have with clients, colleagues and our communities. These IDEAS drive Freedom Bank's passion and commitment to our communities and to economic inclusion. Our colleagues are encouraged to get involved in a range of initiatives that meet critical needs in the communities we serve. Participation can be either Bank-initiated or employee-initiated as the Bank supports the initiatives and causes that our employees are passionate about and personally value.
