FCB Financial Education Program

First Commonwealth Bank is committed to financial education as a way to help us live our mission to 'improve the financial lives of our neighbors and their businesses.' We have a dedicated Financial Education Program Coordinator that has supported our more than 1,400 bankers for over a decade to enable them to deliver up to date and high quality financial education sessions. We have strong executive support for the program and have made concerted efforts to use financial education to support our Diversity and Inclusion goals. Our program has been recognized by the Consumer Federation of America when we have been awarded the Designation of Savings Excellence for our enthusiastic participation in America Saves Week. Our commitment extends to our employees and we are proud of our internal financial education program, 'Confidence Cash,' where we reward our team for expanding their knowledge and taking action to improve their personal finances. We pivoted to virtual sessions through the pandemic and was able to continue our program without interruption. We especially appreciate our partnerships with non-profit agencies, and in 2021, we delivered several customized financial education programs to the clients of those organizations.
