Community Commitment

Being a true community bank means more to us than just providing great banking services. Giving back and making an impact in our community is ingrained in our culture. Through volunteerism, corporate donation and the Columbia Bank Foundation grant funding, Columbia Bank strives to build stronger communities for the betterment of those in need.

Through Team Columbia, a company-wide volunteering program, our employees are offered fun and meaningful ways to give back, including events such as toy and food drives, walks for a cure, community reinvestment projects and employee field days. Employees who participate are able to volunteer on company time, at no cost to vacation or personal time. Our Employee Sponsored Giving Program, enables our staff across the bank to nominate organizations monthly to receive special grants.

The Columbia Bank Foundation, one of the largest private foundations in the state of New Jersey, helps support local charitable causes and communities with grants on a sustained basis. Our goal is to make a difference in as many people's lives as we can, and do our part to help make our neighborhoods better, stronger and safer. We often partner with local 501 (c)(3) organizations to fund innovative, need-based projects that help to aide our communities.
