Can Do Crew

Thomaston Savings Bank has been a part of the community since 1874 and remains committed to providing resources and support to those in need throughout the towns they serve. The Bank, alongside the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation, provides annual funding to local nonprofits and organizations in support of programs and services that enhance the lives of individuals throughout the community. While grant funding is a crucial component for the success of the programs and organizations that serve the Bank's area, volunteers are also highly in demand. In an effort to further incorporate the Bank's mission to positively impact its community and offer employees the opportunity to be more fully immersed in the Bank's culture, Thomaston Savings Bank established the Can Do Crew. The Can Do Crew is a group of employee volunteers who participate in different opportunities throughout the Bank's footprint. These volunteer hours take place inside and outside of regular banking hours, reaffirming employee morale and their dedication to giving back. The Can Do Crew is completely volunteer based, creating an enthusiastic group of colleagues looking to give back to their community.
