Ways to Register

  • Online registration - Using our secure online registration form, you will need to provide your credit card information at the time of registration. This is for individual registrants only.
  • Phone - Call 1-800-BANKERS (800-226-5377) to register multiple attendees, or to pay by check.

Attendance Limitations and Liability

Enrollment is limited.  Attendance at the ERM program will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.  If a program is cancelled, ABA liability is limited to the registration fee.

If you cancel after registration, you may transfer your payment to another qualified candidate from your company.  If you must cancel more than 30 days before the start of the session, you will receive a refund less a $350 processing fee.  If you cancel 16-30 days before the start of the session, you will receive a program fee refund of 50%. If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of the session, you are not eligible for a refund.  All cancellations must be made in writing to the Program Director.
