Provides descriptions of small business client characteristics, expectations, and business operations to develop and sustain successful small business relationships. This course emphasizes the types, elements, and characteristics of the legal structures and business types to understand the clients’ business and industry. This course also explains the steps in each type of operating cycle and the stages of the life cycle of a business.
