ABA Team Leader Certificate

Designed to help individuals develop the necessary skills to effectively lead and manage teams. The courses in the program have been developed for bankers who directly supervise or collaborate with others in the bank. Successful team leaders focus on both team purpose and individual tasks, promote shared responsibility, identify methods for rewards and recognition, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, coach team members, and help manage the change process.

The estimated time to complete these 9 courses is approximately 15 hours. Students have access to the curriculum for 1 year from date of purchase.

*Banking Fundamentals (or Principles of Banking prior to June 2016) may be substituted.​​​​​​​​​

In January 2018, this certificate will be combined with the ABA Supervisor Certificate, with updated course requirements and pricing.

If you are already registered for the Certificate, you will have until January 2019 to complete the current required work.
