Overview ​​

Are you striving to break down silos, use staff and resources more efficiently and effectively all while improving your ability to measure and assess fair lending risks?

In this pre-conference optional workshop, discover a tactical and integrated enterprise-wide approach to assessing and managing fair and responsible lending risk. You will create a clearer picture of potential risks and gaps through a holistic approach in evaluating:
  • HMDA and other lending data
  • UDAAP concerns
  • Traditional fair lending challenges
  • Community reinvestment activities
  • Redlining concerns


Registration & Fees

Advance registration for the workshop is closed. You may register onsite on Saturday, June 23 beginning at 8:00 am at the Music City Center.

Registration for the workshop is priced separately, and is in addition to the ABA Regulatory Compliance Conference registration fee.   The workshop registration fee includes a full-day of instruction, all workshop materials, continental breakfast and buffet luncheon.

Hotel & Venue

The workshop hotel & venue are the same as the ABA Regulatory Compliance Conference.

Continuing Education Credits

The 2018 ABA Fair and Responsible Lending Workshop Program will be reviewed by May 2018.

To get an idea of the number of credits you may receive, the 2017 program received the following continuing education credits:
  • Up to  6.75 Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) credits
  • 6.5 CPE (CPA) Credits - Field of Study - Management Advisory Services
