There are a variety of room types available, ranging from rooms with a resort view to specialty tower suites, starting at $289 single/double occupancy.

Room/specialty suites rates are quoted inclusive of applicable resort charges and include the following:

Within three business days of completing your registration for the Conference, you will receive your official registration confirmation email. Please click on the link in the "Hotel Reservation Information" section in this email to make your hotel reservation. Please make your reservation by January 29, 2018, to be eligible for the group rate. Thank you for supporting ABA conference hotels.

Honolulu International Airport (HNL)​ on Oahu is Hawaii’s major airport, located approximately 20 minutes from Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort. See additional airport information.

Ground Transportation

Getting to the resort and around Oahu is easy. You can circle Oahu in less than three hours by car. On Oahu, when people head east they say they're going "Diamond Head;” west is "Ewa;" "Mauka" means toward the mountains; and "Makai" means toward the ocean. 

The following are transportation options​ from the airport:
  • Charley's Taxi provides general taxi service and is located at the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort. It offers several different options for transportation to and from the airport as well as around Honolulu.
  • SpeediShuttle is the only authorized on demand shuttle service provider at the Honolulu airport and has greeters stationed throughout the terminals. It is also the only airport shuttle that can drop off and pick up guests in the main lobby at the resort. Shared rides start at $15.48 for one person, and $30.96 for two. Prices are subject to change.

Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort provides a six-level parking garage, conveniently accessible from all towers at the resort. Prices are subject to change.

  • Self-parking and valet parking are both available
  • The daily self-parking charge for registered hotel guests is $43.00
  • The daily valet parking charge for registered hotel guests is $50.00

Conference Attire

Resort casual attire is appropriate during the conference and throughout the resort. A sweater or light jacket is suggested for meeting rooms and evening events.


Temperatures in Honolulu during the month of February average in the low 80s during the day and falling to the high 60s in the evening.

Time Difference

Hawaii follows Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HAST), which is five hours behind Eastern Standard Time and two hours behind Pacific Standard Time. Hawaii does not observe Daylight Savings Time so add one extra hour to the time difference from March through November.
