ABA Cyber and Information Security Working Group

The mission of the CISWG is to provide a peer forum for the sharing of information and ideas which enables the identification and use of existing and emerging information security best practices for financial institutions.  This is typically done through conference calls, surveys, and (when needed) email alerts.

Group Composition​​

The group currently consists of approximately 120 IT/IS professionals, mostly from community banks. The following individuals are encouraged to participate: cyber/information security profess​ionals; IT managers, risk management professionals and internal auditors; risk and audit committee members; internal trainers; and those with board reporting experience.
