BankExec International is now available in a Windows NT platform. This allows improved system administration, data entry, and back-up facilities along with enhanced reporting of the economic and competitive environment. BankExec International's content permits the selection of economic environments that simulate different regions of the world and introduces interest rate cycles that closely mirror those in the global economy.
In teams, participants manage a computer-simulated bank on a quarterly basis for a one- to two-year period, analyzing and responding to changing banking and economic conditions, exploring the relationships between various bank functions and overall bank management and profitability. Participants see the effects of their decisions and learn to respond to changing situations that closely parallel the "real world" of banking.
BankExec International has proven to be a powerful teaching tool for bankers at all levels.
