Rebates & Short Rate
A rebate will be provided when more advertising than originally contracted for has been placed and reaches the next frequency level. All advertising is subject to short rate when less advertising than originally contracted has been placed.

Inserts & Polybagging

Business Reply Cards

Materials Requirements

Advertisers must submit high-resolution, printer-ready PDF files. Files can be sent on disk using the mailing instructions below, or e-mail them to Lprice@aba.com. 

 

Color proofs must accompany all 2-color and 4-color advertisements. ABA cannot be held responsible for misprinted ads if a color proof is not provided with the ad materials. Laser proofs are acceptable for b&w ads only.

InfoLinks

Unless otherwise instructed in writing, the magazine will position a reference on each advertisement to the publication InfoLinks website, which provides a direct link to the advertising company's website. This reader service is provided free of charge and is not considered part of the advertising purchase.

Services Directory Listings

The Services Directory provides a low-cost way to inform readers of your business. For as little as $525, you can place a listing that will run for a full year in ten consecutive issues! To receive a cost quotation, simply send a typed draft of your listing text via fax or email and we will calculate the lineage. Please note the inclusion of a logo, if applicable. Contract Regulations

Signed insertion orders are required. All art instructions are required in writing. Verbal agreements will not be recognized. Contracts cover number of insertions within one year of contract date.
NOTE: Cancellations will not be accepted after published space closing deadlines.

Agency Commissions
15% of gross on space, color and special position charges recognized to agencies. No cash discount. Credit will be granted to advertising agencies only on the condition that the agency is responsible for payment of the advertising order. New advertisers prepay first insertion.
