On August 27, the U.S. Department of Labor issued new regulations which substantially increase affirmative action obligations for banks with 50 or more employees.
The new standards will require those organizations to gather additional information from applicants and employees, establish hiring goals for veterans and disabled individuals, modify recruitment efforts, and conduct enhanced statistical analysis in connection with their Affirmative Action Plans. This recording of the group-live telephone briefing held on October 9, 2013 is specifically designed to brief banks regarding the new obligations and supply the tools necessary to achieve compliance. Take this opportunity to get your questions answered by our panel of industry leaders. Register today!
