Over ten weeks, you will work through the course study guide, ABA Reference Guide to Regulatory Compliance; reading sections from the manual, discussing topics with your classmates and  and completing quizzes to test your knowledge. A sample CRCM exam is provided for test practice.

This course is enhanced with interactive webinars. Carl Pry, a nationally- recognized compliance expert, delivers a live lecture and Q&A session covering each week's topics. This provides a unique opportunity to validate your understanding of the content and ask questions. Students who are unable to participate in the live sessions, or want an additional review, can watch the recordings at their convenience.
