NEW — ICB Certification Manager

We recently transitioned your ICB member information to a new ICB Certification Manager housed on the ABA Learning Management System (LMS). You may already be familiar with the ABA LMS for online training or briefings. Now, you will be able access your certification directly on the ABA LMS.  For ABA training and briefings completed within the LMS, your ICB credits will automatically be added to your transcript. Other credits can be added manually.

Improved Features and Functionality:

  • Your ICB number remains the same with the added prefix "ICB"
  • You will manage all your ICB activity in one system.
  • Most CE credits earned through ABA online training and Briefings will be automatically added to your CE record.  You can enter other earned credits manually

Why has ICB made this change?

ICB has created the ICB Certification Manager within the Learning Management System to ensure our members can seamlessly access continuing education credit information and identify CE credit opportunities, all in one place.

How do I log in? What is my user ID and password?

First time users of the ICB Certification Manager login with the following credentials: 

Username: ICB(Your member number)
Password: Password1

After logging in you will be prompted to change your password. Please do not share your login credentials. If you have problems locating your login credentials, please call 1-800-BANKERS or email ICB.

What if I already have an account on the Learning Management System?

To make this transition, we will create a second ICB account for you in the LMS. This will not affect the information currently contained in your existing domain. Your ID and Password for your existing account will remain the same.

How do I track my credits?

You can use your new ICB domain for all your ICB-related activities in the LMS. This will ensure that any credits you earn for ABA training and briefings are automatically recorded in your transcript.

If you attend any ABA events, you can manually enter credits earned into your transcript. Similarly, you may manually enter credits earned through an ICB sponsor.
