Hotel Reservations
We're holding a block of rooms for you! After you have registered for the Forum, ABA will make your hotel reservation. You must register for the conference to receive the special discounted rate of $259, plus tax per night, per room. Register early - the hotel does not guarantee the conference rate after January 2, 2014. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Check-in time is 4:00 PM; checkout time is 12:00 Noon.
All changes in arrival, departure, type of accommodations or cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date, directly with the hotel, either in writing or by telephone: 1-858-558-1500. You may be billed for late arrival or early departure. Should you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 48 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained through the hotel. Please check with the hotel for its complete cancellation policy.

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately 12 miles from the hotel. Taxi service is available to and from the airport for approximately $52.00 each way.
Valet parking at the hotel is currently $27.00/day, plus tax. Self-parking is $22.00/day, plus tax.

Forum attire is business casual. San Diego's average February temperatures range from 50°F in the evenings to 66°F in the daytime. Hotel meeting rooms are often cool, so we recommend that you bring a light jacket.
