ABA Conference: Bank Insurance Experts Explore Successful Sales Models, Risk Management in Florida

​WASHINGTON — The American Bankers Association will host its annual Bank Insurance Sales Conference, September 11-13 in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. The conference, which is considered the preeminent meeting in the country for the sale of insurance and risk protection products in banks, offers critical insight into new trends and products in the insurance industry, effective risk management strategies and resources to help increase employee engagement.
 
The three-day event will feature 20 breakout sessions, highlighting a range of topics related to employee benefits, commercial and personal lines P&C, voluntary protection products, insurance in wealth management and compliance.
 
Specific session topics include:
  • Flood Insurance, RESPA and Lending-Related Insurance Issues;
  • Winning in the Age of Digital Transformation;
  • Third Party Oversight and Vendor Management;
  • Attracting and Retaining Talent; and
  • Identifying and Controlling Ever-Present UDAAP Risks.
During the event, attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in study groups to broaden their knowledge on debt cancellation, large and small institution in wealth management and much more.
