Where Bank Executives Find Future-Focused Information, Products and Networking

The 2012 ABA National Conference for Community Bankers is focused on the future, from new regulations and emerging technologies to mobile wallets and marketing to the new majority—everything that you need to know for the changing marketplace and challenging economy.

Just Added!  Here are two of our most recent conference additions:

Implementing Enterprise Risk in a Community Bank Setting
Enterprise Risk Management ("ERM") is not just a big bank exercise.  This session will lay out the ERM process specifically as it relates to Community Banks.  The speakers will provide real world examples of what works and what does not work relative to ERM implementation.  Current regulatory issues pertaining to ERM at Community Banks will be explored.  Finally, the session will provide a roadmap for participants to take back to their banks for ERM.

Government Relations Update: Surviving in the New Fair Lending Environment
Fair lending compliance continues to trip up community banks. Examiners are requiring more than ever in fair lending examinations and are looking at all types of loans, not just mortgages.  Fair lending enforcement actions for all types of fair lending issues are becoming prevalent.
Will your Fair Lending program meet regulatory expectations?

Come meet the authors of the ABA's Fair Lending Toolbox for their fair lending insights regarding compliance hot spots and practical advice on how you can avoid them.  Hear an explanation of the latest regulatory issues and bring your questions on fair lending topics. Morning refreshments served.
