Called "the most quoted college professor in the land" by the Wall Street Journal, he founded and heads the University of Virginia's Center for Politics, where his "Crystal Ball" electoral analysis expertly navigates the shifting sands of American electoral politics, accurately predicting the landslides, the nail-biters and everything in between.
