Reserve early - the hotel does not guarantee the conference rate after March 2, 2012. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Personal check (send check directly to hotel), is acceptable. Check-in time is 3 PM; checkout time is 12 Noon.

All changes in arrival, departure, type of accommodations or cancellation must be made by February 24, 2012, directly with the hotel, either in writing or by telephone: 1-877-SEAPORT or 617-385-4000. You may be billed for late arrival or early departure. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by 6 pm on your day of arrival. Failure to cancel by that time results in a charge of one evening's room and tax. Please check with the hotel for its complete cancellation policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ABA has received several reports that unaffiliated third-party travel agents and wholesalers have been contacting ABA listed exhibitors offering them deals on hotels for many ABA meetings. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. ABA does not utilize third-party brokers for its hotel bookings. If you don't make your housing reservations directly with the meeting hotel as instructed by ABA, we will not be able to assist you.
