HOTEL INFORMATION
The conference will be held at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, 1500 Epcot Resorts Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.

Mention the ABA Regulatory Compliance Conference and get our special discounted rate of $229 for single or double occupancy.  Reserve early - the hotel does not guarantee the conference rate after May 11, 2012.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Personal check (send check directly to hotel), is acceptable.

All changes in arrival, departure, type of accommodations or cancellation must be made by May 11, 2012, directly with the hotel, either in writing or by telephone: 407-934-4000 or 800-227-1500. You may be billed for late arrival or early departure. Should you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least 5 days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained through the hotel. Please check with the hotel for its complete cancellation policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ABA has received several reports that unaffiliated third-party travel agents and wholesalers have been contacting ABA listed exhibitors offering them deals on hotels for many ABA meetings. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. ABA does not utilize third-party brokers for its hotel bookings. If you don't make your housing reservations directly with the meeting hotel as instructed by ABA, we will not be able to assist you. TRAVEL DISCOUNTS

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Orlando International Airport is a 20 minute drive from the Dolphin and the average taxi fare is $60-70 each way. Mears Transportation is the hotel's preferred airport transportation provider.  Please visit their web site for shared shuttle, sedan or taxi service. For driving directions from the airport, visit the Dolphin's web site at www.swandolphin.com/aboutus/oia.html.  Overnight parking for guests is currently $15/day self parking and $20/day valet parking with in/out privileges and is subject to change.

DISNEY THEME PARK TICKETS

For advance purchase of specially priced Disney Meeting/Conference Theme Park Tickets, CLICK HERE. (Access to this web link requires the installation of Macromedia Flash.  If you do not have Flash, you may call 407-566-4985 for assistance.) These tickets are available to our group at advance purchase savings and are unavailable at the front gates of the WDW Theme Parks.  Please note that the cut-off date for advance purchase savings is June 9, 2012. If you wish to purchase tickets after this date, the Dolphin offers an on-site ticket and information desk.  Guests of the Dolphin also receive complimentary transportation to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Attractions.  Water taxis take guests to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the BoardWalk.  Shuttle buses are provided to all other theme parks and attractions and leave approximately every 20 minutes.  

 

 

ATTIRE/WEATHER

Business casual is appropriate for all events and sessions.  Average daily temperatures range from 72°F in the evenings to 90°F in the daytime.  Don't forget to check The Weather Channel before packing.  Since meeting room temperatures tend to be cool, we suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater.
