The ABA Intermediate Compliance School will give students an in-depth understanding of regulatory compliance issues and topics beyond the basics of individual regulations, which is presented at the ABA National Compliance School.  The school will be comprised of "hands-on" application topics such as:  Assessing Risk on New Initiatives or Product/Service Enhancements, Mergers and Acquisitions Due Diligence, Advertising and Marketing Reviews, Advanced Regulatory Potpourri "How To", and Intersection of Risk Families.  These topics feed into the ABA Graduate School of Compliance Risk Management curricula and create a bridge from learning about the regulation to actual application on the job. 

The curriculum will go beyond technical knowledge and foundational information on the regulations to practical application; graduates of the ABA National Compliance School have requested training to better understand how to apply the content and to provide another vehicle to assist in attaining the CRCM designation.
