The Get Smart About Credit program--sponsored by the ABA Community Engagement Foundation--is a national campaign of volunteer bankers who work with young people to raise awareness about the importance of using credit wisely.
Approximately 5,000 bankers from more than 360 banks across the country participated in our 14th annual Get Smart About Credit campaign. This year, ABA President and CEO Rob Nichols partnered with Burke & Herbert Bank Senior Vice President Joseph F. Collum to teach a “Millionaire Homecoming Football” financial education lesson to 60 students at West Potomac High School in Alexandria, Va.
