Important Information from Travelex Regarding a
Change to the CardWiz URL

Travelex has made a change to the URL to connect to CardWiz: https://travelex.cardwiz.bankproduct.com/travelexamerica_cw/  Please use this URL to access the system as the old URL will be unavailable after the end of June.

To ensure you use the new Travelex-specific URL from now on, you may need to consider the following:

·         If you use a “Shortcut” or a “Favorite,” please change the path to reflect the correct URL.

·         If you access CardWiz via an in-house application or Intranet, please pass this information to your IT Support department.

·         Please ask your IT department to ensure there are no other implications in terms of your ability to access the Travelex-specific URL.

Please check with your line management and IT departments, make the necessary changes, and start using https://travelex.cardwiz.bankproduct.com/travelexamerica_cw/ from now on.

For Administrators:  Please ensure you are using the following URL to access the Secure Access site: https://travelex.wildcardsystems.com/secureit/login_default.asp.
